The path continues through moss-laden forests of oak, chestnut, pine, maple, magnolia and rhododendron with the meadows of Dzongri at 4,030 meters with an exceptional view of the mountains. It is a natural paradise.
Daywise Tour Itinerary
Day 1 Yuksom
Breakfast at the hotel
Rest for the remaining day
You can take an optional walk to the Dubdi Monastery, which is approximately a 45-minute walk back and forth from Yuksum and can also walk to the crowning throne where the first king of Sikkim was crowned.
Evening walk around the market area and prepare for the trek the next day.
Stay overnight in hotel.
Day 2 Yuksom - Bakhim
Begin trek to Bakhim 12 km 6 hours approximately.
Located at 3005m, Bakhim is situated between beautiful alpine plants and Sikkim’s famous orchids. Different Himalayan fauna can be found here and Bakhim itself has many rare species of birds and butterflies.
Accommodation in tents.
Day 3 Bakhim - Dzongri
After breakfast start trek to Dzongri.
Located at 4030 meters, is a steep climb of 11 km from Bakhim, but every effort is worth the excellent and impressive view that one gets of the Kanchanjunga and other peaks from here. In addition the dwarf rhododendrons add a romantic touch to the magical world of Dzongri.
Accommodation in tents.
Day 4 Dzongri
Day is a free time to enjoy the view from Dzongri.
Walk to the lookout point and the nearby areas and return to the camp.
Day 5 Tsoka
Breakfast at the camp and descend to Tsoka.
The trip is not very tiring because the majority is downhill and not very annoying for the body.
Accommodation in tents.
Day 6 Down to Yuksom an drive to Pelling
After breakfast you continue down to Yuksom and you drive to Pelling.
Drive from Yuksom to Pelling.
Overnight in Pelling.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
Please note – Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs – in case of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us – a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
